BOOKS

The Globe Institute of Technology Library holds over 12,000 volumes in a variety of disciplines, such as business, accounting, healthcare management, finance, computer science, applied sciences, medical assisting, social sciences, sports management, English, and the humanities.  The library also maintains a collection of classic and contemporary literature.  All students, staff and faculty have access to library materials with proper ID and can borrow standard collection books for one semester.  Reference and reserve items can be borrowed for a one day period; from the library’s opening to closing.  Reference items are for library use only, and reserve items are for school use only.  Access to library collections at other university and college libraries that are members of the Metropolitan Library Council of New York (METRO) is permitted by completing the appropriate referral card, available in the library.

FIND BOOKS

Want to know whether or not we have the book your looking for without trekking down to the library? We are launching a new project to try to make it easier to find books in our collection! Using LibraryThing, we are in the process of creating a catalog of our collection that can be searched from anywhere. As we have just started this project, only a limited number of titles are currently available, but we will be adding many more.
